Cancellation Policy
At Furniture Store, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your orders or bookings and under what conditions cancellations are accepted.
1. Order Cancellations (Products)
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Service Cancellations (If Applicable)
- For services (consultations, appointments, or bookings), cancellations must be made at least 12 days before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
3. Refunds for Cancellations
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- If payment was made via credit/debit card, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any non-refundable deposits or booking fees will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or booking.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests in the following cases:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable or time-sensitive goods.
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
